Film/Broadcast Editor and Motion GFX Designer
Languages: English
Bachelors in Film Production, Penn State University
Editing Feature Films, The Edit Center, New York, NY
My online reel is at www.timgoodwin.com. My resume follows.
I'm an extremely competent film/broadcast Editor and Motion GFX designer with clients including ESPN, Nickelodeon, Treehugger.com, the CW network, and CBS Sports Online, to name a few. I have edited feature-length films, long-form narrative and documentary, and have wide-ranging experience cutting short-form pieces for the web and broadcast, as well as content for advertising agencies, branding firms, and corporate shows. I recently finished up editing a feature documentary RECLAIMING THE BLADE, which explores the lost practices of European Martial Arts and swordplay.
Large show experience includes Nickelodeon's 2008 Case Studies, Womens Sports Foundation "Billies Awards", Cinemax's Fall 2006 Star Wars Trilogy promotional campaign, and multi-screen animations for the Condé Nast Traveler Reader's Choice Awards at Lincoln Center Jazz.
I also work as an online editor in broadcast and film. I was the online editor/colorist on MURDERBALL (2005), the feature documentary which won the Audience Award in the 2005 Sundance Film Festival, and was an Academy Award nominee for Best Documentary.
Feel free to contact me for any further information at 917-664-0669.
